It is a L model and has around 120k i believe.Car was in hybernation and recently i took it back out to start driving only to now have electrical issues so its parked for winter now.Oh well at least now i can focus on getting my 92 liquid silver svx to yt's for a boooost of power if you get it!

It is a Brilliant Red (Barcelona Red was years 93 and 94). What is the manufacture date? It is located on the tag on the drivers side door post. Where are you located? UAS? Thanks :)

Never let me down and then at 100013 she's decided to do this stalling, random revving think i've been reading up on for the last week in the Forums. Decided to do a little Carb Spraying on MAF and Throttle. Used the little straw thing that came with the can. Worked a treat on the MAF, but decided to come loose when I opened up the Throttle Flap and disappeared inside with the first squeeze of the trigger! Just spent 4 days learning ALL about my Subaru!.

Earle : Yep , I'm still here and the 1996 SVX Lsi ( 2ND SVX ) is still running strong . Just had Tom Krynock go over my car , he did his usual great job . Installed a tranny cooler , replaced a wheel bearing and assorted hoses , made several brake system improvements ( pads /rotors) and general maintenance issues and installed HID lighting . It feels like a new car :)

I'm real sorry I missed Reading X the photos are great and probably don't do justice to the great time that was enjoyed by all .

I do expect to be out in Portland ,OR this summer and will stop by if I can .

Last month I flew to Hyannis, MA and headed home in a 1996 SVX L, with 92,800 miles. Very nice one owner, was on ebay for a buy it now price of $5995 but didn't sell. Seller/dealer was very accurate and straightforward in describing the vehicle. Seems well cared for (have all maintenance records from new) and drove back 1300 miles without missing a beat. It's been gone through by a friend/cerified subaru mechanic and other than water in one headlight and a minor leak (they all do that, he said) it's good to go. Add me to the list of happy SVX owners!
