I bought a (wrecked) 96 Laguna Blue LSi off a fellow member on here...not sure if it's already on the registry or not....gonna fix it up for my youngest daughter...

The free Carfax (via Google) says it has had 2 prev. owners, 17 svc records, 32 detailed records [now 37], and has accident/damage reported. I don't know if the 3/2009 dealer counts as one of the owners.

Also from Google, I learned that this same VIN was sold by a dealer 3/19/2009 in Fayetteville, NC. Random papers left in the glovebox and under the seat show that the prev. owner was from that area.

Carfax says its AWD.

Last month I flew to Hyannis, MA and headed home in a 1996 SVX L, with 92,800 miles. Very nice one owner, was on ebay for a buy it now price of $5995 but didn't sell. Seller/dealer was very accurate and straightforward in describing the vehicle. Seems well cared for (have all maintenance records from new) and drove back 1300 miles without missing a beat. It's been gone through by a friend/cerified subaru mechanic and other than water in one headlight and a minor leak (they all do that, he said) it's good to go. Add me to the list of happy SVX owners! What is your manufacture date? It is found on the tag on the door post on the drivers side. Either 12/95 or 01/96. Thanks
