pic of intake hoses....
 

ok i have torn down my engine but i forgot where some intake hoses go. they are the ones that go into the intake tube. i guess they are pvc system and idle control stuff.
could someone get a pic of their engine or tell me what goes where? it is a 1996 svx.

hey the intake hoses are fairly plug and play, most of em are only long enough to reach the right hole and unless you got new hoses they should be facing the direction of the plug. The only tricky one is the big fat hose that goes from the drivers side all the way to the passenger.

well i don't have that hoses.....i am swaping the svx 1996 engine into my 98rs. i need to know where they go and get the hoses ready.

If I remember correctly he did a full reseal and pressure wash not too long ago. His SVX is in great shape .... dont see Scott too much around here nowadays though :( You might want to check out his forum there in Reno http://www.seccs.org. Lots of local Subaru enthusiasts there.
