Is there a abs sensor off another subbie that will work on the svx? And what donor cars can you use for the brake and clutch pedals for a manual swap?

you need to match the pedals to the kind of transmission you are using. So hydraulic clutch pedal box for a hydraulic clutch and a cable clutch pedal box for a cable clutch. I dunno how the STi and other electronic throttle cars arrange thier pedal boxes so you may or may not be able to use the brake/clutch section. I know the hydraulic pedal box I got from something (legacy turbo maybe?) had the throttle as its own separate unit.
