Might need a TCU for my '94 LS. Does anyone have a working one they can part with?

Replacement tranny installed and not shifting at all
Tranny match verified, according to mech, neutral position sensor checked, all fuses checked, what else might be at fault? I've had the car 2 months now andhave yet to really drive it. It's killin me:(

Don't know the answer to that i wasn't there. Should he have done so?
