i would like to think that the title speaks for itself>

sleeping disorder kicking in again ~ not sleeping well...
kind of dozing off at the wheel ~ especially at night.

what helps you get "good" sleep?
pills?...

For me, proper nutrition and a consistant schedule.

A loved one next to me to hug and kiss and whisper sweet-nothings too

Hot time with the wife....

Is the problem that you fall asleep OK but wake up and still feel tired, like you didn't sleep? Or do you have trouble falling asleep?

If you have trouble falling asleep, Bourbon is wonderful stuff...

If you sleep but not well. Do you snore? Does your wife/SO/whatever notice that you stop breathing in your sleep? If so, google "Obstructive Sleep Apnea"
Get it treated, over time it can lead to high blood pressure, CVA'a and other cardiac problems.

try exercising like crazy, like working out or something, it will do you double good. You will get ripped, then the girls will dig you, then you can let them wear you out and sleep.:D

I have a fan running in my room 24/7. Sometimes on me, sometimes pointing away, but the sound drowns out everything else.
