Delta Speed "JDM side step"

Since I broke the side panel yesterday I guess I'll need to change it at some point.

I know some people here have the Delta Speed prototype replica panels. My question is.. do you also need the Delta Speed front splitters to make them look good / level?

Does anyone have them but not the splitters?

Did anyone mount the DS grille?

Thanks

The splitters and the side panels compliment each other. If you're going to get the side panels, I would also get the splitters. I have them both on my SVX.
I've seen cars with one or the other and they didn't seem quite complete (to me). :)

Holy wow that's a good looking car. Is it the factory ebony or have you gone with something else?

Thank you! I had it repainted "Jet Black". I didn't want the red pearl highlight in the sun.

I got mine from Dayle at Motorsport Warehouse in Tucson. I also checked the Delta Speed site. I believe they're still available. I don't know if one would be easier than the other.

How difficult is it to install the side skirts? Do you have a how-to on this?

I just placed the order with Dayle for a set of the side skirts and the matching front splitters.

I'll report back with updates, unboxing, and mocking them up for install. (Final paint and install will be done by a body shop, probably over the winter)

I can't say the splitters appeal much to my taste but I need to see more proper pics :)

Also, is there an aerodynamicist on this plane? What is the effect on the cd? If anyone actually know this... :)

Here are a few more shots of the splitters and side panels.
My pieces were installed by the body shop, but from what I can tell, the side panels bolt right into where the original panels are. My guys added some rivets along the sill for added stability. The splitters bolt up from underneath the bumper, but need to be riveted onto the inner fender/bumper edge. Hope this helps. :)

They are listed for $475 on Dayle's sight, is that per pair? I was looking on the delta speed sight and it lists them for 65000 yen which is about $819 usd according to Google....

That's his "sale" price for the set. His regular price is $750.

Thanks!
I have Dayle's drop springs. They lowered the car by almost 2". The headlights and corners have the Smallcar "crystal clear" lenses. The grille is from the JDM S4 SVX.
Yeah, people don't believe that it's 21 years old (built in 1991)'
