Sighting: NJ Ebony w/ NY Tags on Rt1

Saw a nice Ebony w/spoiler on rt 1 at about 6:00 pm pulling out of the Skylark Diner in Edison NJ on Route 1. I waved to the driver, a middle-aged man with dark hair. He went into the Menlo Park Mall u-turn, and I was unable to stop to chat. I was driving my Claret.

Has anyone seen this one before?
