what is the "used condition" of the light?

Used means that it's not new. Nothing's broken, the lens is somewhat dusty but not yellow. Bit of rust on the back [adjustment screw]. It was on a car at some point, but it's spent the last year sitting in a box.

I meant to provide more info; I kinda threw this on here quickly when I came across the box during some late spring cleaning.
