Who loves sushi?

My favorite is mackerel, roe, anything with avocado and tuna sashimi, I could eat it 5 times a week!

Yea, I had sushi tonight. :)

You've just never had good sushi. It's cause you live in Pittsburgh, it's all gross by the time it gets to you. :p

Yeah, sushi is good, and contrary to popular belief, it is NOT all raw fish, and raw fish is actually quite good...

i should move to the big city of Carbondale, PA, where the boats bring in their fresh catch right to your dinner table.

they truck it from NYC everyday, about 1 1/2 hour away. weirdly, scanton is now host to like 4 good Japanese restaurants. I guess everyone got sick of polish food and pizzerias.

It's still pretty much a dump, but I figure we hit rock bottom in the 90's and there's no way to go but up.

Me and Melis like that hibachi grill on 315 in WB, across from the Toys r Us. Where are the other good ones?

The Blue Wusabi on rt 6 near the Viewmont and The Kabuki down on Main street in Peckville. Kabuki is'nt as good as the Wusabi but has better prices.

What he said.

The Osaka on Adams st. in downtown Scranton just remodeled, on Sunday they have 1/2 price. It's not as good as those other two, but decent.

Also, the Kyoto in clarks summitt is pretty good sometimes but mediocre others.

Nothing better than catching a yellow fin, and dicing some of it up right on the the back of the boat:D Couple favorites

smoked slamon sashimi
Toro sashimi
Creamy crab roll
Philly roll
wasabi pork shumai...

Its good stuff and the restaurant I used to work at has some of the best sushi out there!!!
