HELP QUICK ON A MAZDA Millenia
 

Does anybody know how much trouble a belt tensioner is to put on a mazda millenia? I just found a deal but it needs a belt tensioner and I dont know what that is.

I don't know about that car, but on the SVX it isn't a big deal. :) It would also be a big help to know which belt. If it is a timing belt, that would be a bigger deal. :o

Well I was trying to wait to hear from Chris about the svx with 98 on it but Kodi wants a car "NOW" ....I dont know which belt it is, he said the belt tensioner. Gonna go look at it as soon as I get ready.....I will let you know.

Well I went and looked at it. He had 2 a 96 with 174K and a 95 with 72K. Supposedly the tension thingy broke on the 96 so they took it off the 95 and thats all it needed. Turns out, they had switched the motors! I looked at all the wiring and it had been taped and ripped off the firewall! You could tell the motor had been out! <p>Gotta say though its a hot lookin little car. Woulda been perfect for a first car if they hadnt been liars!
