Reading 05 Dinner Menu

Ok boys and girls, the menu for Reading 05 is as follows:

Entrees:
Bistro Beef with Garlic Mashed potatoes
Glazed Salmon with Wild Rice
Rotisserie Chicken with Wild Rice

Strawberry Salad (she assured me it's great!!)

and then of course your rolls, butter, assorted desserts, etc.

Now.....We do ask that you respond to this posting with what you'd like out of the three entree choices including the quantity for thoses of you bringing a guest(s) by April 2.

Any questions, feel free to ask Ben or myself.

Happy SVXing!!

They may be out of fish by now, but make it four in a row. I assume this to be pure-bred Atlantic salmon, & not that toxic farm raised stuff that I buy by the ton at Costco for $3.99 a pound.
OK - either way, I like the glazed part.

Ron (I'll save the rice for car decoration).

Hope she get's a lot of Salmon

So what exactly is Bistro Beef?

I'll check with the wife when I get home from work and see what she wants and if we're going to get something for BabyFlyr or not, but Im betting you'll be adding at least one more order of salmon (if not 2) :p

*edit: got out of work late this morning and didn't get a chance to ask the wife so will post the choices tonight

Ben,

Rosie will have the glazed salmon with wild rice.
Just to break up the fish party, I'll have the bistro beef w/ garlic mashed potatoes.

Thanks for all the hard work that you put into this.

PS: I figure that I can eat all the fish I want; when I freeload out at Earl's fishy SVX Meet this summer (He can't drive all 7 at the same time). :)

I just called my sister;
"Norwegian Salmon" (but she didn't witness the breeding process :p )

"Tender Beef Medalions" they are more than likely served with some sort of sauce, but she was busy getting ready for lunch....

Byob

Just a reminder that we will need to bring our own booze...

I plan on bringing along a case of "Pottsville's Finest" as well as a few bottles of wine from a small vinyard up my way.

Here's another photo of what dinner looks like, especially if you're on a liquid diet.
