Subaru Parts Warranty info

Where can I find it so I can have my lawyer take a looksee as my f-ing rear struts went again today (Bought new Aug 04, replaced July 05 under warranty, 600 miles on at that time. Now less than 1200 later they have both blown). Subaru now will owe me new struts and the cost of installation 2 fold as replacing the rears suck. I just need to know how to proceed.

FYI this is small change to them. I've gotten much more out of them well beyond the warranty period. Cough. You just need to be legally persistant and annoying! Something I can easily find the time to do.:D

Not helpful enough and legally it doesn't need to be installed by the dealer in the US as long as the install was done properly and the parts are available for retail sale. I need the nitty gritty 30 page disclaimer info but can't seem to find it anywhere on the net.;)

Yeah I got a quote to replace the rear strunt mounts themselves....800 dollars... Now the complete rear struts...probably 1500

How's the car feel with blown struts?...I've never experienced this.
