driver side ebrake diagram? and your bolt removal ideas

Does anyone have a diagram on how and in what steps to reinstall the ebrake. I almost have the hub off, still working on the control arm bolt and abs sensor, but i am really worried about getting the ebrake put back together properly withot fumbling with it for days. Any help and suggestons would be helpfull. Eitherway im looking forward to a nice quite ride when this is all done! without a competent dealer or access to a press i jsut got some hubs from a parts car i knew had a really nice quite ride. It may have been the cheap way out with lots of work, but atleast i will know one to do it? :D anyways, thanks guys and i appreciate the help in advance.

also what were you tools of choice for removin the abs sensor? also, whats your guys diy best ways to removing 200k mile wisconsin control arm bolts?

thanks in advance!

Phil,

Sorry I didn't see your post in time (glad you got it sorted) - but just to be clear for anyone reading this, you're talking about the bits inside the rear brake rotor/hub, correct?

If I guessed right, then any other readers should know the e-brake part of the hub is almost an exact match to old drum brakes on any Ford, Chevy, etc. Same sort of tools work well, i.e., spring pliers, etc.

I have never needed to change them either. It is good to hear that you got them changed ok. If anyone comes across a diagram, I can put it in the How-To Docs. :)

Also submit it to the SVXipedia on http://svx-iw.com

will do. I did not need to replace it but was neccisary to remove the hub. you must dissemble the entire ebrake assembly and swap it onto the new hub. I will need to be doing this in a few weeks for the othreside and will try to do a writeup for a complete spindle swap/removal.
