Yesterday we drove to the beach, took a few pictures

is that jacksonville,fl? I saw that autoliner whilst driving to the sanddollar and then hitting the st johns ferry afterwards (all after akiller day at the dames point marina)

reminds me, i must update my profile after moving another SVX into jax :P (spotted 3 so far)

Yup thats jax, we must have been within 1 mile of each other, that pic was taken at the ferry dock, on the north side.
The beach was fernando beach I was doing some exploring north that day.

Are your headlights smoked?? Cus they look badass blacked out like that!

I used to enjoy the beaches just south of St Augustine, but then that was before I got my SVXi. I lived in Jax at the time.

Yes they are smoked, I used light coat of VHT Nightshades. Before I did that though I custom cleared them.

I didn't know you used to live in NM. I lived the first 15 years of my life in Hobbs, NM.

In 95 I joined the Air Force I was supposed to go to japan but at the last min my orders were changed I spent my entire time in NM.
The reason I been to las vegas NM was I was heading to North Dakota for a visit with family and my alt bearing locked up right outside las vegas. I ended up stopping at a auto shop and replacing the alt and belts.

I don't live in the town of Las Vegas. I live about 20 miles east (about 10-12 miles as the crow flies) up in the mountains, but Las Vegas is my mailing address.

I assume you were assigned to Kirtland AFB since you mention being in the Air Force. I am retired military (Army) and go to Kirtland every few months as it is the closest miltary base for services that I might need.

I lived on the southside of Jax in Charter Point way back in the late 70s. I was actually on the St Johns River. I am am sure the whole town has changed since then.

Yup stationed at Kirtland I ended up loving the area after getting used to the fact I was not going overseas. Spent some time in the jemez mountains, Hot springs and just the interesting sights.
