HP Chips on Ebay

ive been looking for some "chips" on ebay and have found a few, my question is are they trustable or not? besides ecutune.com is there anybody else that makes powerchips for our cars?

the Ecutune is dyno tested and the real deal.

the various ebay "PowAr Chipz" are nothing more than a resistor you can buy at Radio Shack for about 10 cents.

Is there a "chip" for the ODBII 96/97 SVX's? The smallcar one is only for 92-95.

not YET......michael will be making one, but can't give a date when it will be available - he's in the middle of doing the SVX supercharger application.
