Noise from front passenger tire

Just this morning I noticed a noise coming from my car that was higher pitched than the engine. It increases in speed as I give it gas in gear, and doesn't make any noise in neutral unless I'm already going 25mph+. The sound slows down as my car does and it doesn't feel any different.

The only thing I can think of that could have caused it is hitting a curb while parking the other day, and I assume it's either the brake or axel rubbing. The lugs are plenty tight on all tires.

Just hoping someone else has run into this and can give a pretty direct diagnosis.

Could it be the front wheel bearing??

Alright I just spent some time looking at it with my friend. We jacked it up and spun both front tires, no noise. My friend identified the sound as the same his car makes (civic hx with a b16 (5 speed manual)) when it goes in reverse. So we sent his car in reverse and sure enough, there was the exact same noise. Do you think this is something to worry about or should i let it slide for now?

Definately not. There's a problem either in your suspension (alignment) or your transmission (differential/other)
