Just as a little note. Your PM box only allows 150 messages. BOTH THE INCOMING AND "SENT" MESSAGES COUNT AGAINST THAT NUMBER. So, if you haven't cleaned out your sent messages in a while, you'll probably need to do that too.

Go to your PM box, click on the down arrow to reveal the intervals in which to view messages. Click "from the beginning" to view ALL messages from the beginning. Check the boxes beside the messages you want to delete and click the delete button. Then, go up and click on the down arrow by "inbox" (or whatever) to reveal your "sent items" -- go to the interval box and click on "from the beginning" then, click the box beside the messages you want to delete and click the delete button. Then, on your forums home screen, you can see how many messages you still have in your in and sent boxes. Just keep an eye on it and delete messages as you get near the 150 message limit.
