Well since i hear your great at telling what is wrong with our cars I am goin to ask you this. Well my car is making weird noises and shakes. When you begin to go and when you stop it makes a noise and you can feel a shake. Also when you go around turns it do it very badly. And if your backing up and turning it gets real loud and a feirce shake. So you have any ideas about what this could be?

It could be several things, transfer clutches, cv joints or a differential about to give up. This is one of those things you should have someone look at fairly soon, it could become more expensive the more you drive.
