Clicking Purge Control Solenoid

I started to notice that I got a clicking noise from under the intake manifold. Sounds like its from purge control solenoid. It clicks when cold, once the engine gets warm, the clicking would go away. And when it clicks, the engine will stumble a bit. I dont have engine check light.
Any advice?
Thanks

If it clicks, it must be turning on to let exhaust gas into the inlet, which it shouldn't when the engine is cold.
Must be getting power from somewhere, maybe the temp sensor is giving the wrong data, but no idea.
