PNW meet
 

It would be nice to have a local PNW SVX meet. I have heard that there have been car maintenance meets in the past. But I have been on here for a couple years and there hasn't been any lately.

I would be willing to host an August meet. I have acreage near Snohomish. Nice back roads for a cruise are plentiful. Could BBQ, have a camp fire. learn about our cars. Anyone interested?

August 10th is the BNW Subaru meet in Portland at Pir.

Not that I'm against it, just that trips in the svx arent the most economical. And my car definitely needs some work, would like to find out where my oil and coolant are going.

A meet sounds fun. In the past we've had maintenance meets and driving around cruise meets.

I'll be out of town around Aug 17th for a week or two, don't know exact dates yet (probably includes the week before), so early Aug or end of Aug/start of Sept would work best for me.

So I'll be gone til Aug 23rd/24th, but I'm sure my car will be eager to get out of the garage when I get back!

Maybe Aug 17? A small get together. Could do a little cruise and BBQ? Lots of nice places to drive up my way. Even a 2 or 3 car get together would be nice. I am anxious to learn more about the SVX, potential mods. Etc.

So not this year. I have heard that Earl used to hold a maintenance meet at his place. It would be cool to do something like that again.

Around the 1st would be good for me. I will be moving close to mid Oct and I still have to get the engine back in my svx :eek: talk about being busy.
