Does anyone know the generic bearing number to buy separately?

Part number is #73130A. It lists for $46.52 for the whole pully assembley on subaruparts.com

subaru part number is 73015pa000
for most subaru a/c bearing i use 6202 or 6203 bearings

What bearing is this, or where does this go? Is this for the electric clutch?

No Earl, it's for the pully that tightens the a/c belt.

I replaced the bearing in mine with a generic one. Once you get the old bearing out (I can't remember if there's a snap ring or not), it's easy enough to bring it in to a bearing shop and have them match it up.
