Lower control arm bushings worn?
I have a clunking noise when going over bumps and around corners that I think are caused by the lower control arm bushings which appear to be worn. Using a pry bar I can see that the bushings are cracked around their circumference. I have replaced the ball joints which were worn; this helped with the problem somewhat.
Is this a typical problem with the control arm bushings? Does anyone have any used control arms for sale that are in good shape? Is there a group buy available yet on the control arm bushings? Thanks, in advance. Ken |
Is the control arm bushings a common problem???
I have not got a reply on this yet.
Please someone reply.  |
there was a group buy on control arm bushings..
you would have to go to the group buy forum or pm earthworm to see if there is any avaliable. |
Once there is enough demand there will be a group buy for these bushings. Check the group buy forum and add your name to the list if you are still interested.
