EG 33 Site.... And Service manuals
 
Hey all

Not sure is this site has been posted before, but i found it tonight and thought i should share;)

This guy is a kit plane builder using the eg 33, there is some interesting stuff on the motor and his plane, also he has some sections of the 1992 svx service manuals up for download:D

Hi Jake, I saw that some time ago. There is a very good write up on how NOT to build an exhaust system for the EG33. Looks great, but is so short the tuned length would resonate at about 12,000 rpm. In the Static tests, it won't produce power over 4200.

The theory he used for working out the system is completely wrong. Hopefully the plane theory is worked out better.:rolleyes:

They look like the US manuals, as they show 3 catalytic converters, we have two and a dummy third.
