From what I understand, this is a legitimate thing. After all, why on earth would a DEALER risk losing his/her business over one car? Granted it's an SVX :)

i would think that if you're trying to sell a car as "brand new" you would leave it factory original, especially with something as obvious as the wheels. modified before it was titled? something seems fishy here. maybe its being sold by Rice Motors.
