How low will it go

This 96 was originally listed at $8990, dealer has dropped it three times in $1,000 increments, and still no takers. I bet $4000 or less and it will sell. What you guys think.

I can only imagine how much rust is on the underbelly of that SVX.

This could actually be a great deal. Its low mileage. We all know what it costs to get a SVX sorted out. This one is at a reputable Subaru dealer, not one of those used car lot LLCs. This means you could get a factory rebuilt transmission, new wheel bearings, struts, steering rack, drive shaft, etc., etc. if you bought it with a warranty, and had an independent confirm these items were needed. Just a genuine rebuilt Subaru transmission installed is >4k!
If we didn't already have 3 healthy SVXi, we would be there...

Dealers detail them pretty good. The only graphic missing would be the one showing the wear traditionally seen on the left of the drivers seat caused by the left rear drivers pocket button scraping it... and maybe the rusted out undercarriage. Lots of miles for the original price.
