what bar is this?
 

There's a bar resting on the exhaust pipe which i think is a swap bar but not too sure, anyone have a pic of where the swaybar is located? and should it be resting on the exhaust pipe?

Nothing should be touching the swaybar other then where it's mounted.

Agreed.

Unless one of your swaybar bushing mounts is broken. Does the bar seem to be parallel with the ground on both sides or is it tilted?

Do you have the factory exhaust system?

There should be plenty of clearance between the rear exhaust pipe and the swaybar. There are only two mounting points (one at each end) and the two swaybar bushings (which support the swaybar up in the proper position.) These four points are the only things that should touch the bar.

its on the parts car and ya looks like the mounts on both ends are gone so its resting on the pipe
