Alright, I mean lug nuts, but I just didn't want that to be the thread title.

Apparently, the jokers at the tire place like their impact wrench too much and they managed to knock the metal end off of one of my lug nuts. Looks terrible.

Is this common? I need to buy a new one (these guys aren't worth the hassle) but should I buy a few?

Should I just get them from the dealer? They can't be that much $$$. :confused:

Lug nuts at the dealer may cost you as much as 20 bucks apiece. From subaruparts.com, or cdasubaru.com, around 12.00 apiece.

Yep, crazy, huh? 'Specially since we used to get 'em free, down on the farm. Just a sharp pocket knife and quick reflexes when they'd try to kick you . . . :D
