Moonroof in an SVX without One?
 

Has anyone had a sun or moonroof installed in their non moonroof SVX? If yes and in the Seattle area, let me know (if a shop) who did it.

I checked with Autotrim (Shoreline) but the guy there had no record of them doing any to an SVX.

I want to buy an SVX and want a roof...the one I am looking at is not the top end model....

If you want a roof, get one with a roof. AM roofs are usually nighmares waiting to happen.

Yea you cant trust the seals for the molding.
But then again ask your self... SELF!!! do i want the top end model or in between??? I have an LS. Did not want leather nor cloth but wanted ABS and sunroof.

I do recall that someone had a moonroof installed, but not anyone around here. Probably best to wait and find an SVX that already has one.

Find one with the sunroof installed from the factory, be willing to look hard, having one installed later will likley mean one of those cheest non rollback models or a really sloppy job, and in the long run it will cost much more than doing it right the first time! :D
