I drove by Subaru R&D this morning and didn't see anything that looked like an SVX, if that helps. :)

Drool...
Saw a bit of a Speedvision show last night that featured some show/supercars driving around southern France/Monaco/Switzerland. One of them was the Nazca. Oh if THAT were to be the next SVX....:) :D :cool: Don

Ahhhh Italia...
<The look was very similar>
They should. They were both from Mr. G's Italdesign group.:) In my humble opinion, the Nazca is one of the most beautiful designs I have ever seen. On that show last night, it made the Lambo look like a doorstop...From the looks of the squashed kidney grill, I guess it ended up as a BMW. No matter; it is gorgeous!:cool: Don PS...This little number was on the show last night.. http://www.motorlegend.com/dossiers/...1/geneve17.php ------------------ Click on the top right button on the steering wheel to see (Prototypes)two versions of the Nazca and (Production)to see the SVX... http://www.italdesign.com/ |
I think that for 2003 that there will be an STX. The Legacy Truck version or something along those lines.

Don, I knew that the Nazca was an Italdesign product, that was why I had pointed it out earlier. And, yes, it wound up as a BMW. When I first found the Italdesign site, I was totally blown away at some of the "unimpressive" designs that also came out of the shop. I mean, the Fiat Panda, yuk! And, of course, some of the Seat designs look like a cracker box on wheels. Of course, the site also let me know why I would actually give a Daewoo a second look when it was coming down the street. I was feeling guilty until I realized that they were off the Italdesign drawing board.

I know you knew Randy. We had discussed it over on the Yahoo site a long time ago. That was really for the newcomers who were unfamiliar with the connection. Like you, the little Daewoo sedan also caught my eye, and I thought to myself, "Better keep THAT opinion to myself!", until I saw it on the Giugiaro website..:) Don |
Well, I knew that you knew that I knew . . .

Isn't knowledge wonderful?
<Well, I knew that you knew that I knew . . .>
I just KNEW it!;) Don |
