subaruparts.com not shipping outside USA
 

I placed an order with subaruparts.com onthe 7th August . I was getting the "order pending processing " type message when checking the delivery status every day until the 13th.

I then emailed to find out what the expected delivery would be.
I got a prompt reply simply saying they no longer ship outside the USA, this is despite taking the order for for shipping to the UK and processing the credit card payment (no money taken so far)

So I mailed back to get confirmation the order was in fact cancelled and that payment would not be taken - no reply.

Anyone else getting service like this !

Who else offers this type of mail order parts service ?

That really STINKS! Try http://www.1stsubaruparts.com Perhaps they'll be more agreeable. Send Scott Williams an e-mail prior to order, and he may be able to work things out for you. He was formerly the internet sales manager for subaruparts.com -- a nice guy.
