its been covered quite a bit lately but i'll tell ya anyway
You need

1. AWD transmission
2. AWD SVX rear subframe including hubs, etc.
3. AWD SVX TCU
4. rear differential
5. driveshaft
and i'm probably forgetting something like i usually do... try searching though

That is about it. Seeing as I will be switching to AWD soon I think thats all that was listed...

Of course the rear and trans need to be matching.

Are you converting the green SVX or the red SVX?

Green one :p.... Red one still has a blow head gasket among other things. Hopefully a 4.44 swap.

Re: Converting a FWD TO AWD

get a partial rebuild from LAN (ECUtune). It may prove a little cheaper, and the transmission is sure to be better than an OEM one or a junker.

Explore your options. you can get a trans for cheaper then that out of earlier subaru. The labor for a swap shouldn't be 2k+
