Your best bet is plain benadryl (diphenhydramine, if you want the cheap generic), not one of the combo pills with all sorts of decongestant and fever stuff mixed in. Nyquil has stuff in it that act as mild stimulants. If you really wanted to, you could complain to a doc, they might give you a short-term prescription for sleeping pills (usually Ambien, since it's safe). Some people like taking the nutritional supplement melatonin, it's supposed to be the body's version of a sleeping pill.
I'd recommend a dose of benadryl with a warm glass of milk and a turkey sandwich, which have proteins that make you drowsy. I dunno why everyone says warm milk, you'd think it wouldn't be much different from cold?
Here's a page where a sleep specialist tells you how to get a good night's sleep:

Most people hate doing this, but if you need to get to sleep it's worth it: force yourself to get out of bed at a regular time every morning and don't use caffeine (or only have it with breakfast) so you'll be ready to crash at night. The getting out of bed in the AM is important because it's hard to force yourself to wake up early but it's almost impossible to force yourself to go to bed early.
Congrats on boot camp! Where are you headed?
