New High Performance Struts for SVX

Hi guy,
I judt got MCA Suspenions to build me a set of racing coil overs. I got the the red quality but now they have the measurements you should be able to get the lower grades for street etc. You will find them very competitive in price. They come with strut tops etc. I have a fair bit of camber but you should be able to adjust what you want. Still need to install them and they I can give you abit more of a update.

Very nice looking units. You say these are racing, what's the spring rates for them?

What are we up to now, 5 options for coilovers? :D

AMR, CEIKA, GECKO, Truspeed and MCA

Desertrunner, you should have marked this thread NSFW!
That is a piece of work!
I also like the caster rather than camber adjustment. ;)

yep the camber is done on the normal place so caster can be done up top.
Did you happen to see the new video of my racing at a famous race track called Mount Panorama in Bathurst. Very cool track.

Thank you for the link, I am now dizzy, need sticker tires, and have flat spun every lap after passing that sign on the left that says "the esses" which I believe when translated to English means, "YOU WILL DIE!!!!!"
What transmission and shifter system do you have?

I am running a PPG 6 speed sequential transmission, it has rally ratios, so the 6 gears are crammed into were 2 - 5 were before. Main reason is that I want to move the rpm out to 8 - 9,000 rpm and I will never get to use top gear at the old ratio. Also Cusco 1.5 front diff.

BTW, what is the car weight and the spring rates, if you want to share?
On The Wail (Black and Pearl white that's really loud)
its got 9" springs, 400 LBS and 10"/300 LBS, with old Koni's. I believe about 2700#s without driver. 2798 #s with driver, oh, crap, now he has a reason to shoot me with my own gun. sigh...

You got to run your SVX on THE MOUNTAIN!?!? Oh man, I am infinitely jealous. That is awesome.

Guess I better start saving up for one of those transmissions.

And I better get to Bathurst before the V8s become V6TT.

CAr weighs in at 1,400 kg,
Front springs are 700 lb
Rear Springs are 600 ib
travel on both front and back struts is 105 mm, about 65 bump and 45 droop.
