New member in western Pennsylvania
 

Hello there SVX owners!
I am a new member to the site...my first post....and I just wanted to get to know some ppl on the network. Well, I'm from Upper Burrell, PA (which is about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh off of Rt. 28) I am a student at Penn State (Junior year)....and most importantly I drive a '94 SVX LSI!!;) I've had the car for a few months now and have been doing a little bit of work on it here and there. Some upgrades include custom exhaust with 2.5" pipe into Flowmaster single in, single out muffler into oval tips. Let me tell you...it sounds awesome, but it can get on your nerves on a long trip because it is very loud. After a long time of contemplation and research, I went ahead and installed a Zex nitrous oxide system......and am very glad I did. Have a decent audio system.....two 12" JL W3v2 subs powered by an Earthquake D2 shredder amp (Yeah, I know it's overkill) and some Rockford HPC's in the front. Oh yeah...and drilled and slotted rotors in the front (one of the best upgrades I have done). I always do my own work on my cars, so if anyone in the area would ever need any help on building custom stereo enclosures or installing nitrous or anything with the SVX, just let me know! I will get pictures up in my locker as soon as possible, I don't have any on hand now......but to keep you in suspense, some of you nitrous buffs might like my setup.....I ended up taking out my backseats and built the subs, amp and bottle all into one area. Well, sorry for being so long, but I have a lot to talk about! :) Glad to be a new member!

Welcome to the site Nitro. That wasn't too long, just right for us to get some background on you. Sounds like you will fit in here fine. We all love this can and will talk for hours about them. :)
