Compatible MAF for SVX?

Just looking for any subaru parts MAF that is compatible with SVX?

One off of a 90's Legacy will work, but limit your engines performance.

You can also do a search on fixing the MAF by re-soldering some of the connections.

Is your Engine throwing a code for the MAF or is actually broken? Mine was acting like hell.... threw a code 23 (air flow meter) ... I cleaned it with a non-residue spray from the parts store...the stuttering and hesitation went away and when I cleared my CEL that code was gone.
