Stereo Question??

I am wanting to go with an aftermarket stereo for my SVX. I was wondering it there is a installation wiring harness available for our cars anywhere. I am looking at the Crutchfield website and they are saying there is no wiring harness and to cut in factory wires. Don't know if I am up for cutting factory wires.

Search and you will find that the only adapter known to work with the SVX is made by a member (SVXdc) on this site.

Also Crutchfield told me that there is no use for an extension antenna..........I needed an extra 6-12 inches of cable. Let me find the p/n.

Okay, crutchfield p/n is 12044EC18 for the 18" antenna extension cable.......it makes things easier and it's pretty cheap.

In fact, they'll throw one in for free if you're buying a radio. Just ask them.
