External filter Kit onto 1996
 

I was considering adding the external ATF filter kit for the 92 SVX, P/N 31099AA370, onto my 1996 SVX. Does the 96 have the external filter already installed or did the upgraded transmission do away with this?

My dealer has one in stock for $13.00. I figure it can't hurt.

If you have one it will be inside the engine compartment, near the under cover, near the radiator on the battery side.

I agree it can only help the trans by removing none magnetic particles.
