Spotted black Svx in Pittston.

Saw the guy get on 81N heading in my direction on Sat. We keep playing follow the leader then he got off on the Pittston exit.

I seem to see him around Pittston alot. It is a guy in his 40s there is some paint damage around the spoiler. I may have to flag him down one day and bs with him and tell him about this site.
