5000
 

This is my 5000th post. I'm not the first member (nor the second or even third) to reach this number, but forgive me if I still feel a little pride. :)

We've had a few bumps along the way, but this group has been fantastic. I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to all my friends on this site - those of you who are still here and even those who are not, for whatever reason. I've had a great time meeting dozens of you throughout the years.

I don't know what else to say. This car and this group have just become a big part of my life and I just wanted to say thanks for putting up with me.

I almost posted a thread congratulating ya on the amazing "Half of Randy's" accomplishment :D:D:D:D.... But then I saw that thread named "5000"... Anyway, cool, I've got alittle longer before I get to 5,000, but that's me goal to make it to 5,000 before I get outta the Marine Corps and head back to Australia :D:D

I second that... He's already posted as much as I posted in my first year and he's only been here for what, 4 months!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Or the gift of a realy lax job huh?? :):) That's cool... I get to post while I'm at work too... Only because I cover my tracks so that they can't find out that I've been surfing and buying things on ebay on government computers... :rolleyes:

Well I recently changed from working with Acct Managers in my company to being a Supervisor in Customer Service and a recruiter in HR. Leaves me a lot of idle time to post on the forum.

If I didn't have this 'extra' time at work, my daily posts would be much, much less...

Yea mine too, especially if I was working my old job... Out there with the Jets... I think I would only be posting on the weekend... When I got home at night I was too tired to even turn on the TV and watch the news... I usually just took a shower and went right to bed... :rolleyes:

Congratulations Mr. Pockets. That is an accomplishment! Just think what could have been done in that amount of time instead of posting! :D :D :D :D

Hmmmmmmmm Can I get a computer and internet in my truck, that way I can post while I'm at work too??? Untill then I'll just need to improvise to catch up...
