WRX head unit in SVX
 

What's needed to do this mod? Thanks.

I also can't figure out how to pull the stock head unit out. I removed all the screws but it still doesn't seem to want to come out, mainly on the passenger side.

Thanks for the answers guys! He was actually trying to do this for me while I was at work today but he got stuck. Guess I'll survive another day without a working cd player. lol

Radios from recent model year Subarus are shallower. Some models do not require cutting the rear of the SVX's mounting cage.
