Too many lights!!

My ABS light has been on since I bought the car. We checked everything out and there is no reason for it to be on. How can I get it to turn off? My E brake light came in this morning and will no turn off. The brake is not on and even when I put it on and off it will not turn the light off. Is there something to check under the car to make sure it isn't keeping the light on from the last time I put the E brake on.

Thanks

The handbrake light is usually caused by this:

For the ABS light, read this:

First, remove the brake master cylinder cap under the hood to check the fluid level.
Then make sure the black diaphram in the cap is not "popped out", or extended beyond the upper cap recess.
It should NOT look like this;

As far as the ABS light do you know about the built in self checking system?
It is cooler than Elvis on ice!

Thanks alot for the input. I don't know anything about the built in check for ABS. The brake light turned off sometime during the day I figure. I got out of school and the light has not turned on since.

Take the bulbs out; I can't believe nobody recommended this yet.

Black electrical tape works too, looks REALLY ghetto in the daytime though! :D :D :D

We thought about the bulbs...I mean it works but not the best idea. We will try and read them and if we have no luck we will go a different path. This weekend I think is stereo weekend and next weekend will be read light weekend.

i did that with my airbag light...not a good idea...you should really see what the problem is.
