home all day

I'm getting new windows put in the house today so I have to be home (for inside/outside access).

Was planning to wash/wax the SVX, but the guy has tools and window parts scattered all over the driveway. Now I need to think of something else to do - besides build my post count.:D

That would be a no brainer. You need to drink all day. But now, its evening. It's almost too late to begin and good day's worth of drinking. Enjoy a twelve pack! ;)

Harvey, will you make another bike purchase or have you done with it?

I've been thinking of selling myself - I almost never ride anymore, but each time I get close, I think it's like selling one of my children (wait a minute - I have two teenagers I'd let go cheap :D ).

Strange how I never felt that way when I sold a Honda or Yamaha. Must be something to do with British & Italian design - they do have something not easily defined over German/French/Japanese/American aesthetics (IMHO). I can envy those lucky enough to own something like a Porsche Carrera 4, but never lust like I did for a '62 XKE.

I haven't had an drink (containing alcohol) for almost two years now, so while I can appreciate the sentiment...

And Alan, until I get the copious oil leaks under control, all my under hood detailing is handled by Havoline. ;)

Hi Lee. sports riding and racing is no longer somthing I can do with no right arm. Not that I haven't tried, I still ride a Bulltaco around my land and in the forrest one handed, but I know racing would not be the way it was.

Yes it was sad to see it go, down the drive on somebody elses trailer. I bought it for Fathers Day in 77, lucklly it sold to a rider up here, so I can still get to see and hear it. Nothing like Contis on full blast.
