power steering problem
 

my 92 SVX power steering has gotten stiff. i replaced the rack last year and it does not leak. The rack has the connection to the wiring harness. The pully on the pump turns freely. I also checked the lines for kinks. Any one have any thoughts on this?

You are using the correct type of fluid right? ATF, not power steering fluid, like it says on the P/S reservoir cap.
