Where is the undervalued realestate?

Somewhere that has a good chance of going up, south west is nice, or along the west coast, kindof a bad time since we are at the peak of the market, but there has gotta be somewhere! Where alr retired people moving to?

This area is crawlin' with retirees from Florida and Atlanta. Just swarming. Tourists and weekend-cabin types, too. Relative to five years ago the costs have bleepin' skyrocketed, but relative to California, I suspect our real estate's dirt cheap. I know folks who are making millions in the log cabin biz.

Retirees from the northeast move to Florida, decide it's too hot and flat, turn around and head back north 'til they hit the Appalachian foothills. That's here. We're runnin' out of room.
