Very Bad rattling??

Ok I have always had a slight rattle (sounds very tin like) from underneth the center of the car, this is after removing the noisy heat sheilding.

But yesterday i removed the exusaust from the cat back and went for a quick drive...damn it was loud and grubley i loved it haha, any way after the fun i put her back together and the vibration was worse.... a lot worse

i now have a rattle across all rev ranges, on full throttle it stops but on full back off it is embarasingly noisy....any ideas?

Could the contence of the cat be loose???

Could it be the resonator?

Get under the car (safely) with a rubber mallet and start banging away until you find the rattle.

I FOUND IT!!

The heat shield that is directly over the center baring on the rear drive shaft had lowered so it was just rubbing on the join, made a helovaraket hehe, got a screw driver and bent it out of the way, since doing that i have driven and it has lowered again, might weld it up or something
