I have a radiator from my 92 LSL. It works 100% with no leaks. I can meet you halfway. Say like around Stamford or Stratford CT. I would like to get around $225 for the radiator( and nothing extra to drive it halfway). As far as the steering pump goes it may just be the O-ring between the pump and the reservoir. This is a very common problem with SVX's. You can seriously go to Home Depot and find an O-ring there for $0.34.
