1st Gear ??¿¿¿
 

Well now..... 1st gear is shot, when you put it into manual mode and put it in first when your going about 5mph the car JERKS back and forth, <- -> I dont know why but it does. All the other gears work but you have to rev it to 2500 RPM. It has a problem but I dont know what it is. Any Suggestions before I replace it completely? Thanks ~Dennis

Manual mode bypasses first gear. Having the manual mode switched on does not mean what you think it does.. It bypasses 1st gear, starting the car out in second to reduce wheel slippage in low traction situations. Having the car in manual mode and 1st will probably cause damage to your tranny.

it sound to me like your brake bands need adjusting...

If all the other gears work OK then there is nothing wrong with the box. It is just as Zep says, Manual Mode doesn't use first.
