reverse whine
 

when i place my car in reverse, there is a brief whine/squeal sound, and then it goes away once i feel the gears drop into reverse

im assuming it is dealing with a belt, but idk which one
sounds like its coming from the tranny
i know svx transmissions are prone to go bad, so that may be part of the case

any advice?
