Mastro Subaru in Tampa has listed a 96 SVX in black with the beige interior. I guess I had been under the impression that all the black/ebony models had the charcoal interior.

so is this a re-paint, or am I just woefully misinformed?

Subaru offered the same colors and trim levels for the '97 and '96 SVXs. Check out Landshark's locker for the pics of his ebony '97 LSi with tan leather interior:

i believe only the 92 MY ebony black came with the dark grey interior. the 94 to 97 MYs came with the beige.

there's a 97 laguna blue?!? :eek:

actually all 96 and 97 Lsi models have beige leather and all L trim levels have grey cloth. :)

i learned something. the pearlies have different names in 92 and 94. :)

But I have NEVER seen a 1996 Laguna Blue SVX with beige leather, (or the bronze-tinted glass that comes with it)

All 92's (LS-L) have gray leather interiors and gray/green glass (except for the Claret/black, which has bronze glass)

From 1993-on, all leather interiors were beige with bronze glass
EXCEPT
1994 pearlies and all 1994-1996 Laguna Blue pearls (which have gray interiors and gray/green glass)

That old saying, "Learn something new every day" certainly seems to apply to me.

I plead near total ignorance because I don't think I've never seen anything other than a 92.

What color is the interior of "2ND SVX"? I can't remember the owner but he was at Reading.
